What I used:
- OPI Nail Envy "Sensitive and Peeling"
- China Glaze "At Vase Value"
- Revlon "Electric"
- Black acrylic paint
- Small paint brush
- Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat 
- OPI Matte Top Coat
