What I used:
- OPI Natural Nail Base Coat
- Orly "Dayglow" (white base for the neon green)
- Models Own "Toxic Apple"
- Orly "Mysterious Curse"
- Sally Hansen Fuzzy Coat "Fuzz Sea"
- Black acrylic paint
- Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Top Coat
- A detailing brush
