What I used:
- OPI Natural Nail Base Coat
- Orly "Dayglow" as white base
- Models Own "Toxic Apple"
- Models Own "Luis Lemon"
- Models Own "Bubblegum"
- White and blue acrylic paint
- OPI Matte Top Coat
- Small paint brush
- Dotting tool
